What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight and your driver adjusts to the actual landing time. Waiting for delays is free.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. A transfer for one person costs the same as a transfer for four. You never share the car with strangers.
How do I pay?
In the car at the end of your trip, in cash or by card. We accept US dollars, euros, British pounds and Egyptian pounds.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge. Tell us the age of your child when you book and the seat will be fitted before pickup.
Can we stop along the way?
Short comfort stops are always free. Sightseeing stops on Cairo and Luxor trips have clear fixed prices listed on the booking page.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. All of our drivers speak English, and Arabic of course. Tell us if you need another language and we will do our best.
